Another view from the house

Causey Pike (top just out of the pic) to Grisedale Pike from Mum's garden. 
The sun was setting just to the right of the pic. (see extra)
Did keswick parkrun though nearly missed it as they've had to change the venue as to works on the old railway and now it's 5 laps of Fitz Park. Not very exciting in itself though the park is nice and there are some good views. Hot, sunny and humid conditions did not send themselves to a fast time though I was still fastest in my age group - but about 6 mins slower than the quickest over 70!.
After a shower, and before it got too hot, I did a few more errands in town and then we had a quiet afternoon and evening avoiding the sun.
