Cullen, but no Skink

Baby and I spent the day exploring Cullen, while my husband enjoyed the good weather at the wedding. It was very brave of the happy couple to plan an outdoor wedding in the north of Scotland, but they pulled it off!

The plan was to find some Cullen Skink for lunch - a type of seafood broth for which Cullen is known - but all the little cafes were full and the only place I could find was a chip shop. So no Cullen Skink, but a very delicious smoked sausage supper.

I enjoyed walking out along the harbour wall and looking back inland. I didn't fancy taking the pram out onto the sand, but at least we had a good view of the beach from there!
