bad moment

Day off from work, Dentist first then a little walk among the chestnut trees to get my blip. I should have known that wearing open sandals wasn’t a good idea, but it was warm an pleasant. At first. Later I had to limp back to the house and get the tweezers out because a bit of old chestnut “shell” or whatever it’s called got stuck between sandal an toes. Glad to tell that all is fine now. I’m safely back North where no Chestnut remains lurk in the woods.
Now off to the cinema
