First Day of School

CyclopsJnr started school today.

He was pretty excited to get his uniform on.  As soon as we arrived at the school he saw the head teacher (who he knows as he was at nursery there too) across the car park and ran over to say hello.  He was delighted to put his things on his peg, put his pencil case in the drawer at his table, and get stuck into playing.  Never a backwards glance at his parents...

By pick up time he was slightly less smart and a bit tired, but seemed to have had a lovely day.  He's excited to go back tomorrow for more, especially since he has PE as well (his favourite).

Afterwards we went to Costa for a drink and a cake so he could tell us all about it.
