I always enjoy the early morning light as it falls across our garden in the summer.  This morning it was dark when I woke and as I spotted the plants were being lit up I thought it was time to take a camera outside.  I’ve rather got plant photography in mind at the moment as I’ve been looking at the International Garden Photographer of the Year competition.  Next year it will visit Barnsley and they are holding a `Beautiful Barnsley’ competition as part of it.  We’ve got until April 2020 to sort out our images.  There are lots of other strands to the competition and I always enjoy looking at the website.  I’ve thought about entering before but never actually got around to it.
