Champanyie anyone?

Here's another one to my collection of bizzare street names. Somebody got a bit overenthusiastic with vowels. Or maybe this conversation happened:

Person1: "What's at the end of that word?"
Person 2: "Y!"
Person 1: "I?"
Person 2: "E."
Person 1: 'Ok, got it."
