Big hen tree

Eco mum and I took the dogs out early.

Garden tidied and visit to the dump.

Tatties cleaned and stored.

Lunch and out to bees.

I sorted out the merged hives that I did last night. One may survive as found queen and it seems to have kicked her into laying.

The other seems to have no queen but we're calm so maybe hope.

Took 15 frames of honey off the merged hives.

Home via new apiary. One queenless but 3 doing well.

Dinner and watched cricket highlights.

Evening dog walk with eco mum up the hill in the late heat.
