Unintended Consequences

I love that phrase.

It covers all manner of sins doesn’t it?

Not to go too political or anything, but I have a feeling we’ll be hearing the phrase a lot more post-brexit, I would like to say in a positive context, but it would be a dirty lie.

In this instance, the unintended consequence of poor photography skills has turned the mundane into something potentially interesting to look at.

Outside of a slightly longer exposure, no, I have no idea how the effect was achieved and what those white streaks are. Light? Midges? Somebody with really long hair which blew into shot?

Any advance on these?
