Serious eating....

My big sister’s daughter and son -in-law and children are staying with her this weekend.

This afternoon the family and my sister came here for tea. Just 14 months between George and Violet and they get on famously. Like, they can’t remember when the other wasn’t there...

Good idea to have tea in the garden; it wasn’t a sit down jobbie, and I think the birds will find plenty of treats in the garden in the morning.

Mini magnums made for serious eating though, and silence reigned and chocolate melted.

All cleared away now and we’re enjoying the stillness of the evening.
