Sunflowers

What else could you possibly blip on a very hot, very sunny day in late August.

This afternoon.L and I went to visit two local gardens which were open today as part of Scotland's Garden Scheme which aims to raise money for various charities.  

The two gardens are adjoining and are called 'The Good Life Gardens' ... remember the TV programme? The aim of one family was to grow as many edibles as possible in their third of an acre garden. The charity supported by the two families is FAST Romania.

A great afternoon tea and a chance to chat with some of the many visitors who dropped in.
