Big blue

came by to wish us a great journey.  The lake was still as glass this morning, and it feels like autumn with the mist dancing slowly over the surface.

Our big adventure commences today, as we leave home to spend the night with our dear friends who are traveling with us.  Tomorrow we will be traveling most of the day and all of tomorrow night, so not sure what will get posted!

Once we reach Scotland, posting will be iffy, but I'm going to try to blip a phone shot each day.  Commenting won't happen, so I apologize in advance.   I hope in some small way to take my blip friends with me on my holiday!

I know most of you travel internationally and it's no big deal, but this is a first for the two of us.  We've been to Mexico and Canada, but never so far from home.  Hoping this is just the first of many trips!!
