I went to see one of my very closest best buddies at her work today. We haven't seen each for about 6 months, although we text most days, I wanted to surprise her. It's not often that I get a young lady run up to me and wrap there arms around me when they see me. It was great to see her and have a chat. We will go out proper in a few weeks when I get back from Scotland.

Otherwise it's to hot and humid to do anything energetic or to be outside to be honest so I'm staying in with a few cold Becks Blue and watch the footie and then a film.

Well done West Ham yesterday, even though they beat my hometown side Watford. Always a difficult match when so many of the people I know support Watford and I'm a Hammer.
