Found Munching...
This little striped caterpillar munched its way through an entire parsley plant and was looking for more. So, I took it and the barefoot plant I pulled out of the soil over to the thriving Milkweed colony for a photo shoot.
My Milkweed plantation is thriving! It is just setting seed pods now. But I have not seen any caterpillars there. This is the first in this year's garden for me.
I have watched a couple of Monarchs flitting around and plenty of white (possibly cabbage) butterflies. Now, we may have a generation...
I have been taking a wee break from daily blipping. My new Apple operating system does not communicate well with my camera. It is a time consuming experience to even post one photo. The days are so very perfect now that I just want to be doing other things than wrestling with my camera. I still drop in to look at my favorite Journals to see what other Blippers are up to. Probably when the snows fly again I will pick up the routine again. Right now summer is giving way to early autumn. Quite beautiful...
