Morning vista across the Gironde

Woke up to this gorgeous view across the Gironde from our hotel window in the old Citadelle of Blaye..
It's rather distorted as it's a panoramic shot, but you get the idea.
Today is a ferry ride from here across the estuary and then a 40 mile cycle ride back to base.
