Welcome inside my fixer-upper. Sure, the paint is peeling and the fixtures a bit dated. But the brick and mortar aren't too bad and there's potential for improvement. It's not too late to tear down some walls, add some windows, let in more light and expand the vistas. This place could have some real charm.

I think 2013 should be a good year for construction. With some luck and a little help from my friends, maybe we'll even uncover some treasures in the attic...
