The Lamb National

It was Poynton Show today. We were looking after Joe as his parents are on the committee and were working there. Joe and I bagged seats at the front to watch the Lamb National. It was excellent. They had children chasing the sheep round, then the sheep dog and finally some adults from the audience. I was amused to see the men really going for it, jumping the fences etc, and the women just jogging and striding over the hurdles. I saw this and though of you, Ros, I know you like Herdwicks.
