Lac Tanay

At this point I felt strong and quite cool but once above the forest above the lake, we had unrelenting sunshine. I was completely frazzled by the time we got to the summit of the Grammont and we had to turn back down the hill for the 1,100m descent. The only one in our group who did not seem to suffer was Lindsey's new dog, Grabbin. Well he is only 2 years old and has 4 legs! Mel must be superbly fit, she is over for the weekend, living at sea level normally, she just kept trucking! I think I am feeling my age these days!
