Complementary colours on market day

Prompt: complementary colours

There's no better place to look for a variety of wonderful colours than on market day, especially at this time of the year!

I hesitated between two different photos. The other one was of bright red and dark green bell peppers, but I chose this one with rather original complementary colours of the magenta pink aubergines (eggplant) on the right, to the bright orange sweet potatoes on the left and joined together by green round courgettes (zucchini). There are even red carrots just in the frame at the bottom.  There were more dark green elongated courgettes under the sweet potatoes, but a lady was filling her bag with them and she wasn't dressed in red, pink, orange or green, so I left her out!!
