flowers on window sills

The train to Lucerne was full on Friday afternoon. Most travelers were heading to Zug to one of the biggest traditional events in Switzerland where on Sunday they will crown our new King. In line of Swiss traditions I blipped one of the houses in the Emmental region where geraniums grown on window sills can still be found quite often. The photo also depicts the type of house, and setting I grew up in.
Lots of flowers but no indoor plumbing:).
