Rockfall

Frida and I met a friend from Dunedin in Tarras for lunch today- a 30km drive from Wanaka. On the way, we stopped to walk part of the Newcastle Track for an hour. There has been 2 huge rock slides following rain, which made it quite hard to walk across a few months ago. Already with cyclists and walkers accessing it, the terrain is much easier to cross.

A beautiful day in Wanaka. Now going to see a friends house he has just built and then have dinner with his parents.
