Doing the “Werk”

Dave and I love our new workouts at Spenga. We are challenged and strengthened after each class. It is a 60 Session of spinning, strength training and yoga. The drive of Spenga is the belief that strong bodies and minds are created through the power of ride, rep, revive. This has been proven for us in only six sessions. We love that the classes are fun even though we are sweating and our muscles are being challenged. They make us “Werk”!
