Which class was first?
Attended 2 classes at the Peak this morning: one after the other. This is a FitBit analysis of the classes in terms of my heart rate and calories burnt. The classes were “Cardio Dance” and “Yoga”. Both were well worth the early start to the day and can’t think of a better way to relax, have fun and improve wellbeing. Can you guess from the FitBit analysis which class came first?
