Flower Friday

What a wonderful day weather wise! The sun shining. Aerobics class this morning, followed by a quick shower, change and pick up one of ladies, and drive over to Bideford to the Tarka Diner to celebrate one of our fitness friends birthdays and delicious it was too ;-)

Think it will be a weekend of gardening and another visit to Rosemoor already planned. Have a wonderful weekend everyone whatever you are planning, and i will try to keep up with you all :-)
