Thrilled!

Very thrilled to find three of the beautiful clouded yellow, migratory,European butterflies - at Calder Wetlands today. Very flighty and I was lucky to spot that this one had landed nearby. I usually look out for sightings of these butterflies around this time of year, but usually they are quite far south. They have occasional mass immigration years to the UK and so maybe this might be one of them. Time will tell :)
