Safe As Milk

Only a couple of quid from Oxfam, presumably down to the state of the sleeve. In it's own way, there's something of the work of art about it, that sleeve, what with it's cellotape, watermarks and Bradford Libraries stamp. The vinyl is fine though (as the helpful post-it note says, "record good.") and it sounds great. It was only when I turned it over that I noticed that the vinyl doesn't strictly match the sleeve: if Discogs is to be believed, what we have here is the vinyl from a misprinted version of the 1970 UK re-issue, renamed 'Dropout Boogie' for no real apparent reason (2 tracks are missing, it's only slightly rare I think) in a 1970 US version sleeve (hence the original name and the quote from Rolling Stone.) Who knows when and where everything got mixed up. Unfortunately one of the missing tracks is 'Grown So Ugly' - I used to have this album on tape many moons ago and that was my favourite track...
