Mixed Weather

After the blue skies in Helsinki yesterday, we woke up to rain. Thankfully, after a good breakfast, it cleared and we decided to take the tram across town and down to see the sea. We walked through a park and spotted this jetty. As we walked down it, the weather made a dramatic change for a few minutes with the wind picking up considerably and a few spots of rain but 5 minutes later it had blown through.

A tram trip across town landed us at a very well reviewed coffee house for lunch before we headed to collect our bags. Another tram ride took us to our awaiting boat where we are now boarded awaiting an overnight crossing to St Petersburg.
