Ohio Soccer Game

This warm and sunny day we spent on the stand of the soccer field in the scorching sun. We watched the Ohio Bobcats girl soccer team beat the others. I forgot their name. There was free pizza and free thundersticks; very American. Another American thing was everyone standing up, facing the flag and singing the national anthem in memory of the soldiers before every single sports game! The supporters group of the Ohio Bobcats is even called the Green Army.

This weekend the students had started arriving back at campus from the summer break and it was great seeing how the campus suddenly started living so much more than it had over the past 2 weeks.
