Life after

It was off to the doctors to speak about my hip/back issues - she doesn’t think I need a hip replacement (phew) but she has referred me to get an X-ray & bloods, plus a prescription for cocodomol (should help massively with the pain). I’ve also been referred to an NHS physio which should save me an absolute fortune.

Then it was off to Stobo for a Pilates class and a swim. It had been a gorgeous morning but the skies had darkened and the rain came in as I was leaving.
