Heading for Home

What a wonderful day the 12 members of the walking group had at the Snow Farm.  We walked to Meadow Hut where we had our lunch, then back to the Base Building, (in photo).  We had every sort of weather, beautiful sunny and hot (just shirt sleeves), then at lunch time the cloud came over, and it became very cold indeed.  On the way back to the Base Building it started to snow, lucky for us it was short and sweet.  When we were nearly back, the hot sun returned, so we were soon stripping back to our shirt sleeves.  A welcome cuppa before heading for home was just the ticket.
