Away on staff retreat...

Today I'm away on our SCBC staff retreat.. Went for a bit of a wander and was amazed at the green colours around, even in December!

This was by far and away the 'Greenest'!

The look of life in this leaf reminded me of one of my favourite verses:

'The Lord will guide you always, he will satisfy your needs in a sun scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well watered garden, a spring who's waters will never fail!' Isaiah 58:11 NIV

Always a good source of encouragement to me...
