Just Another day

Lazy day just a few light exercises.

C took car to be serviced / mot Ed and came home driving an HRV courtesy car. This could be the next one for us. Smaller roomier and more economical. C has been suggesting that we go down to something smaller for a while. This will be contender in the next 6 months especially as I haven't driven for a few weeks again.

Shoulder - Day 9

Factor 8 3000 units injected. One miss one hit with needle... You'd think I'd be better by now.
