When Does It Open, Exactly?

There is a new addition to the area around the football field on my basic walkie. It’s a shed of some kind, but we only just realised what it’s for. Because there is a shutter on one side that actually opens, and what could this be for other than - hot dogs?!!! And other food, presumably. I figure if I sit here long enough, it HAS to open, right?
