Heron

A day of pottering about really. 
I went out to do the shopping for my Samaritans branch which I sort of volunteered for last year (well .... persuaded). 
I had stocked up well before going to Canada so have re-stocked for a few more weeks. 

I got a haircut from my usual Indian hairdresser followed by his free Indian head massage which is always unpredictable.

Once my vision had returned I went for a walk along the River Colne and saw this heron looking for lunch.
