Lasagne anyone?

Today was a day of mince, cheese sauces and layering.

5 Lasagnes made (1 veg) and a cake baked for the Youth Hostel tomorrow.

Lets just hope I don't give anyone food poisoning and they all taste ok. I think this is probably how Master Chef contestants must feel, but with some added family pressure.
