They never learn

Parcel needed picking up from post depot so daughter and I thought we would walk, she was convinced we could get off the canal path at any bridge, I said not. As a consequence we walked much further than we needed to. Lovely walk along stretch of Trent and then canal.
The river was very busy with walkers, canoes and fishermen, it so lovely now but match day it is very noisy, football grounds in the background.
