Morning glory!

Couldnt decide between this this

Woke at 7am and got ready for a walk to watch the sunrise. It was well worth it and we had a very good walk and it did me good, feeling more normal today thank god and have got more energy too. Diet is going well and dave is working on my cousins engagement cake. Planning another walk after lunch I will get this weight off! Thanks for putting up with me the last few days.
