He got it!

This shot was taken as a very emotional young man telling his mother on the phone that he has got a permanent job.  Cue lots of emotion.  The first family member he told was face to face with his grandad.  Tears were shed.  Then he came to see me as I am not far from Grandad.  He told me and his Mom at the same time - her on the phone, me standing next to him.  And what a giant hug we had!!!

He is very pleased to be the driver of a 19 reg refuse collection big truck for a local district council who see a lot of potential in him whilst recognising also that he has a lot to lose.  They are pleased to be able to give him this opportunity because they have seen his work over the last couple of months.  He took his autoglym polish and window cleaner with him to work today and cleaned the inside of his cab...

We are all so delighted.
