Wednesday

This morning was my CPN appointment. 
It was ok. Like I do, all the time, I get my hopes up and think they are going to solve all my problems. Of course they don't , so I come out disappointed. 
I also wasn't expecting it to be an hour long. Basically me telling her everything. It was hard.
Her aim is to support me until I feel ready to go back to work. It's usually a weekly appt, but surprise surprise, she can't do that. So in two weeks I'll see her. She also said she would come into my psychiatrist appt with me, but she's on holiday! 

Came home, distracted myself with the camera and the flowers.
