I’m I’ll..but made it through

Woke up with blurred vision, splitting head & feeling ever so sick. Met my friend Belinda by the river as planned. She’s such easy lovely company & she helped out until I felt a bit better. We saw all the Reading festival set up just as people were starting to arrive. It’s so beautiful by the river & so glad we went. Bertie got to address a small crowd on a security mans megaphone so that made his day.
We both had a super long nap & im just cooking tea.
I think part of feeling unwell was that right before bed my friend text that her 44 year old sister was found dead at the side of the road...& then another friend text that her Mum had died..& it’s just so sad & made me feel unsettled & anxious..needing to check on B a few extra times :)
