It takes a lot.

This is my daughter, Ally, her husband Neal and Grace and Em.  

I walk in a space of gratitude. I'm so grateful to my wife for blessing me with an amazing family. I always worked hard and made sure we always had fun. But if it were not for my wife, our three kids would not have self discipline, purpose or moral clarity. Now that they are grown, I love spending time with them and their families and seeing how they and their spouses' work together in unity of purpose, respecting and relying upon each other's strengths.
