Acidanthera Murillae

I've been looking after these bulbs all year : dried them in Autumn, replanted in Spring in new compost, watered all summer. So now at last they have repaid me with a host of these beautiful, highly perfumed flowers. I love em.

Busy day : early appt with my GP left me with no necessary shopping to do. Always a bit fatal as I rarely mooch around the shops. Jarrolds the family owned department store had the tail end of their summer clothing sale. I found 2 splendid linen Seasalt skirts that will serve me well into Autumn/Winter.  This store has a deli I rarely visit. Today a treat of good thick sliced ham.
Dentists later this afternoon for the completion of root canal filling !. I need to ask the dentist if she will talk to me more. If not I'll need to see another of the partners. Can't be doing with feeling like an object.
