Heading home
A grey but mild day for the final stage of our voyage. We are due at the pilot station for Southampton at 4.30 tomorrow morning and I think our captain is making good time.
We've slowed to a gentle drift and the sea is calm. Nothing rough over the Bay of Biscay. Nothing to disrupt the hilarity and talent of the legendary Crew Show.
No dolphins. No whales. Just steady shipping as we sail eastwards along the Channel.
