Swans and signets and lots of duck weed

Been out in my car going a little further each time.
This is in castle park Colchester
I like to park up and walk through the park so many squirrels there to
lots of swans beautiful birds.
My right wrist update the hospital told me to take the covering pad off today and get the air to it and tomorrow it can have a quick wash then dry throughly.
I am amazed at how quick the scar is shrinking. It is a very ugly scar But my wrist is absolutely fine so be thankful for small mercy’s.
