Pushing the Kayak out

This morning I ran to the pool and back for a relaxing swim. Work calls and a visit to the local low cost supermarket after breakfast. There was also a highly entertaining FT call from our Gloucestershire grandchildren!

In the afternoon I took T and her sister to a medical appointment and drove on to complete a voluntary shift in the early evening.

The city looked splendid in the late August evening sunlight. The highlight was the stunning relief of Salisbury Crags and the brooding “Seat of Arthur” !
