Balancing Act ...

A day of ups and downs.

Biggest (and on-going) frustration has been trying to resolve wi-fi connection issues on new iPad I bought last month from John Lewis who have been singularly unhelpful, essentially fobbing me off to Apple Support. They tried to help but help was superficial and 2 store visits followed by 2 calls and a restore later the problem remains and if anything has got worse. Grr. 

Plan one more call to Apple tomorrow before returning to John Lewis but this time I'll head straight to Customer Service and by-pass tech support. Rant over.

On plus side: got passport photo taken, used code and made online application for renewal; DD popped in and we had a good chat and just back from seeing The Hospital at Dancebase - Norwegian physical theatre which had us laughing and grimacing - good stuff.
