Lucky

Up early I headed out for a cast at a local loch. It tipped down but got a lovely trout in s wee lochan. Drenched I headed back.

We headed South as evo son working.

More retail therapy with ladies and lunch on scalpay.

Home and I went out for cast at another loch. Cracking location. Beautiful flowering heather full of bumble bees, springs gurgling away feeding the loch. Lots of wee trout caught. Casting away and then a golden eagle swooped across the loch to take a rabbit out in front of me. Amazing. I just stopped and watched it kill and start to eat before it realised my presence and glided past over my head.
