Down at the pond.

One of the lessons i hadnt learnt that i revisited last weekend was that i hadnt let my dogs that i had lost go. So today i lit a candle to each had a wee talk to them in turn and blew out the candle to let them go. It was hard but i feel so much calmer after it. Also exhausted.
