Bridge over calm waters

The youngest grandchildren and their parents duly arrived in the afternoon after a smooth flight to Gerona. We had a pre prandial stroll around the village and through the park so that they could get their bearings. As we set out, the rain which had been falling stopped, the skies cleared and the warm weather returned.
