Tuesday routine has started up again ..... badminton followed by taking Poppy and Mia out for a walk. 

One addition ... I had an 8.30am physio appointment to try and sort out the problem I'm having with the right side of my neck. It's most likely to be arthritis as I already have that problem in my right foot and right hand. Next week they will investigate my shoulder to see if the pain is originating from there .... till then I have exercises to do.

Poppy and Mia were in good form and as usual were more than happy to stand and wait while I photographed some of the flowers in the local gardens.
