Cascading Water.

I have been working on some family history details today, and my sister called and helped with some of the information I needed. Always good to catch up.
In the afternoon I went to visit a friend who unfortunately has fractured her leg.
She was training to do the Banks Peninsula walk, and slipped, and bang, a fracture.
It is of the fibula bone up towards the knee, so does not have to have a plaster.
She has been encouraged to walk on it when the pain is not so bad.
I thought that this water was soothing to sit beside for a while.
